Política de reembolso

Due to the nature of our products, we will not accept returns for any items unless they are defective.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will replace or refund any item that is defective upon you receiving it within 7 days of delivery to you. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
